Each year BizWest honors Northern Colorado women for their achievements in business, philanthropic and government organizations. The 2026 class, two Leading Ladies and eleven honorees across the categories from Banking & Finance to Real Estate & Development, gathered Thursday, September 10, 2026 at The Drake Centre, Fort Collins: networking, drinks and hors d’oeuvres at 5:00, program at 5:30, thank you at 7:00.

In 2026 honorees were recognized in Banking & Finance, Business & Business Services, Education, Government, Energy & Utilities, Health Care, Manufacturing, Nonprofit and Real Estate & Development, alongside an Emerging Leader, an Exceptional Volunteer and an Outstanding Mentor. Since 2011 a Leading Lady has headed each class.
