Chris Aronson is the CEO and principal architect for VFLA Architecture + Interiors based in Fort Collins. He leads a multidisciplinary firm of 20 passionate designers.
Rooted in his lifelong passion for architecture, Chris believes the built environment profoundly shapes how people live, work, and connect. His approach centers on designing spaces that inspire emotion, foster community, and elevate daily life.

CEO, EnergyLogic
Steve Byers is the CEO of EnergyLogic, a Colorado based applied building science company. EnergyLogic serves Colorado and Hawaii with direct services and clients elsewhere via consulting and software services.
Steve is a graduate of the US Air Force Academy and flew C-130s after that. He started his career in our industry as an intern at Southface Institute and has done all the gritty work of a field rater in new and existing homes.
He considers himself very lucky to have worked in a wide variety of areas that he’s passionate about and with people that he values and respects.
He loves trail running, live music and travel. He’s most at home above timberline.

Regional housing officer, NoCo Foundation
Brooke was born and raised in the Denver area, but was lucky to be introduced to Northern Colorado while attending Colorado State University. After graduating with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Brooke worked in marketing, communications and event planning before finding her calling to work in philanthropy. After seven years of raising funds and awareness for Neighbor to Neighbor, Brooke accepted the role of Regional Housing Officer with the NoCo Foundation. Outside of work, Brooke loves reading, knitting, paddleboarding, and biking to breweries.

Director of business development, EPS Group, Inc.
Kyle collaborates with landowners, developers, brokers, and industry professionals to create customized solutions for civil engineering, surveying, and construction projects. Before joining EPS Group, George spent over 20 years in the new home construction industry, with eight years in a senior leadership position at Lennar. During this time, he helped lead the Colorado division to become a top performer in the market. He is active in the greater Fort Collins area, including Timnath, Colorado.

City engineer, City of Loveland
A native of Northern Colorado, Nicole Hahn serves as the City Engineer for the City of Loveland, where she leads the City’s transportation engineering, transportation planning, traffic, streets, and right-of-way inspection programs. With more than 18 years of experience in transportation planning and engineering, she is committed to connecting infrastructure investment with community values. Nicole’s leadership on Loveland’s Small Lot Development Standards reflects her passion for bridging policy and people to ensure growth is both attainable and sustainable. She also serves as Chair of the North Front Range MPO Technical Advisory Committee, advancing regional collaboration across Northern Colorado.

President & CEO, Fort Collins Chamber of Commerce
Ann Hutchison, CAE, became President & CEO of the Fort Collins Area Chamber of Commerce on January 1, 2021. She started with the Chamber in 2003 as Policy Committee Coordinator and was promoted to Executive Vice President in 2005. Before moving into the CEO role, Hutchison directly managed the communications and event departments, assisted in the day-to-day operation of the Chamber and managed issues and political advocacy as well as the Chamber’s Leadership Fort Collins and Leadership Northern Colorado programs. Most recently, she has been a key leader in the community pandemic economic Response, Recovery and Reignite efforts.

Housing fellow, Common Sense Institute
Peter is the Executive Director of Maiker Housing Partners, a socially conscious public housing authority based in Adams County, Colorado. In his role as Executive Director, LiFari leads a passionate team committed to ending the cycle of generational poverty by providing individuals and families with access to affordable housing, support programs and by engaging in community development. LiFari is a compassionate visionary whose leadership style is grounded in treating individuals with empathy, warmth and grace.

Community development director, City of Greeley
Brian has dedicated his career to help cities and towns experiencing rapid growth manage that growth in ways that create a high quality of life and financial stability for local governments. His work includes serving as a community development director, a city manager and a town manager for several communities in Michigan and, over the past 17 years, communities along Colorado’s front range. His work has consisted of creative solutions to traditional zoning challenges, resolving the fiscal impacts of new development, and recent work to address the home affordability crisis in his current work with the City of Greeley, where he is the Director of Community Development and the Interim Director of Economic Development and Urban Revitalization.
In his spare time, Brian reads a little bit of everything and enjoys golfing in Colorado’s great outdoors while spending time with his big, blended family.

President of land development, Hartford Homes
Patrick began his real estate career in 2004 interning for Water Valley Land Company in Windsor, CO. In 2005, Patrick accepted a full-time position with Water Valley Land Company as the Director of Development. In this position Patrick was responsible for entitlement and construction of both residential and commercial projects located throughout Northern Colorado.
In 2012 Patrick was promoted to Chief Operating Officer at Water Valley Land Company. In this role Patrick helped negotiate numerous public/private partnerships with local municipalities for the construction of regional infrastructure and negotiated raw water dedications to municipalities to secure potable water sources for future projects. As COO Patrick oversaw the real estate and resource assets of the corporation.
In 2016, Patrick joined Hartford Homes as the VP of Land Development. In 2020 Patrick was promoted to the President of Land. Patrick’s responsibilities with Hartford entail managing the acquisition and entitlement of new development projects, overseeing horizontal construction, managing the HOA’s/Metro Districts of the company, and management of the company’s water rights portfolio.
In his career Patrick has entitled roughly 5,000 residential units.
Patrick is a Graduate of Colorado State University, and enjoys skiing and golfing with his wife Kate and their 2 boys.

Jon Mosier is the President of Landmark Homes. Jon oversees all construction at Landmark Homes – from land development extending to the vertical construction of Landmark’s home products (e.g., single-family homes, townhomes, and stacked condominiums /apartments). Jon has 31 years of experience in the construction industry, including construction management and development of sports fields and multi-family projects with DesignOne Consultants and SportsOne Development.

Sally’s practice primarily focuses on construction law, but she also maintains a robust equine law and complex commercial litigation practice. Sally represents owners, contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers in all aspects of construction law. She works on large, sophisticated, multi-million dollar public and private commercial, industrial, and heavy civil construction projects. She has experience in the expanding renewable energy and high-speed fiber optic markets. On the front end of projects, Sally negotiates and drafts design-build agreements, EPC contracts, master services agreements, and subcontracts. She is well-versed in contractual risk shifting, risk mitigation, and insurance law. During projects, Sally assists clients with structuring change orders and claim requests. At the end of projects, she helps her clients file and defend mechanics’ liens. She also represents clients in litigation and arbitration and has tried a wide range of construction claims, including breach of contract, change order, delay, disruption, indemnity, insurance, and loss of productivity claims. Sally has recovered multi-million-dollar judgments for her clients, including $12M in damages in a recent delay and disruption case.

Clayton Sharkey is the Director of the Construction Practice Group for IMA, Inc., a subsidiary of the IMA Financial Group – the 9th largest privately held insurance broker in the United States specializing in the areas of Construction and Risk Management. The Construction Practice Group works with developers, general contractors and subcontractors on a variety of projects in the region. Clayton is a national speaker on construction defect litigation, risk management and insurance coverage. He was involved in the drafting and lobbying of Colorado’s Construction Defect Action Reform Act (CDARA II) signed into law in 2003, Colorado’s Anti-Indemnity Statute enacted in 2007 and HB1394 specifically dealing with Residential coverage issues enacted in 2010. Clayton received his B.S. degree from Chaminade University in Honolulu, Hawaii and his J.D. degree from the University of Hawaii School of Law. Clayton’s legal experience focused upon representing general contractors in a variety of matters and on insurance coverage issues on behalf of policyholders.

Siduri Taylor has worked in real estate and title service since 2000. Kristin leads the NoCo Foundation and guides our efforts as a service provider to philanthropists while helping to inspire impactful community projects. She is a lifelong proponent of philanthropy, and throughout her 29-year career, she’s experienced its ability to have a lasting – and meaningful – impact on communities. She previously served as executive vice president for the Daniels Fund, grew up in New Orleans (Geaux Saints), and earned her master’s degree in public administration from the University of Colorado. Her family relocated from Denver in 2021, and they have fallen in love with the beauty and magic of Northern Colorado.

Brian started his career at Alliance in 1994. He has worked in all departments within Alliance. Brian has extensive experience in a wide range of public and commercial projects as well as a working knowledge of estimating, project administration, cost management, project safety management and quality control. He is a LEED Accredited Professional and holds ownership stake in the company. His hobbies/interests include motorsports, outdoor activities (including scuba diving) and spending time with his wife Marie and two teenage sons.

CEO, Greeley-Weld Habitat for Humanity
Cheri Witt-Brown joined Greeley-Weld Habitat for Humanity in 2015 and has served as its Executive Director since May of 2016. Cheri brought to GWHFH 28 years of experience in land development, general contracting, banking, non-profit, and leadership.
Cheri led Greeley-Weld Habitat’s team to co-develop with Commonwealth Companies a 12-acre, 95-unit affordable housing community, 27 Habitat homes, and 68 Commonwealth townhomes and cottages to replace half of the affordable homes lost in Evans during the 2013 flood. Cheri and the Greeley-Weld Habitat Development team’s next project is a 40-acre affordable community that will bring 491, climate friendly, housing units to Greeley in partnership with Greeley based Richmark Companies. The City of Greeley City Council appointed Cheri in 2021 to serve as a board member on the city of Greeley Water & Sewer board.
