Affordable Housing Report Card — What is the status of affordable-housing programs in Northern Colorado? We’ll review a historical trend for construction of affordable-housing units, discuss the short-and long-term repercussions of minimal affordable housing, analyze projections for affordable housing, and explore the impacts of new state laws affecting municipalities.
Session II — 8:50-9:50 a.m.
Costs & codes — A review of processes from city to city, and county to county. What processes stand out as the most-efficient in terms of time and cost? We’ll include case studies, identifying what worked, and what didn’t.
