BizWest presents the Mercury 100 Fastest-Growing Private Companies Awards and the IQ Awards (Innovation Quotient) in one gala event, and we want you to be a part of the celebration!
The Mercury 100 list is ranked by percentage revenue growth over a two-year period in both market areas. 50 companies in each are divided into five “flights” of 10, with the highest revenue earners in flight one. Those 10 companies are then ranked by their percentage revenue growth over a two-year period. The Mercury 100 Lists are compiled by BizWest’s research department.

Overview
US 36 is a major regional corridor that connects Denver to Boulder and passes through a number of metro region communities including Broomfield, Westminster, Louisville, and Superior. A significant amount of business is done in the area, with Interlocken, Flatiron Crossing, Arista, and Centennial Valley housing major employers in key industries like Life Sciences, Technology, Real Estate, Education, and Manufacturing. Express lanes carry thousands of cars through this booming northwest corner of Denver, and the current economy of this area remains strong.
Agenda
Panel 1. Transforming a Corridor: How demographic trends are reshaping real estate in the Denver-Boulder corridor. Population growth, shifting labor patterns, housing, multimodal transportation, remote work and other factors are dramatically altering the types of development that’s occurring in the corridor. How will these changes transform the corridor in the decades to come?
Panel 2. Redevelopment & Infill: Communities along the U.S. Highway 36 corridor are redeveloping underused properties into viable, vibrant projects. What market forces affected these properties, and how have developers and city officials determined the highest and best use for them going forward?
Panel 3. The Next Economy: Emerging industries that will reshape communities and the economy of the corridor. From aerospace to life sciences, quantum computing to AI, industries old and new are transforming the corridor. What lies ahead for these essential sectors, and how will these industries drive demand for housing, industrial, office and retail?
In the Future of the 36 Corridor, BizWest will convene for a morning of panels with regional leaders and business owners to discuss what is in store for this hot Colorado submarket. A light breakfast and refreshments will be served. Dress is business casual. Time will be available for networking before and after the main presentation.
