40 Emerging Leaders, One Celebration
Boulder Valley and Northern Colorado 40 Under Forty recognizes 40 emerging business leaders under 40 years of age who are making a mark on their communities through professional success and volunteer activities. BizWest seeks nominations for programs in both regions, and celebrates the class at one event: the 2025 honorees were recognized on October 8, 2025. The 2026 date and location are to be announced.

Nominations for the Class of 2026
Who qualifies as a 40 Under Forty nominee?
Boulder Valley and Northern Colorado 40 Under Forty nominees must:
- Be under 40 years of age as of October 2026.
- Not have been a previous 40 Under Forty honoree.
- Have achieved a leadership role at the nominee’s firm.
- Have had an impact on, as well as maintained, leadership in the nominee’s organization.
- Live or work in Broomfield/Boulder counties or Larimer/Weld counties.
- Have significant achievements received in the community through professional recognition.
- Have worked to help others through community service and charitable giving.

When is the 2026 celebration?
The 2026 date and location are to be announced, and 2026 registration is coming soon. The 2025 celebration was held on October 8, 2025.
