Longtime Rubber Duck Race in Loveland Fosters Fun and Generosity in Support of Vitally Important Community Service Projects
The Loveland Rotary Club’s Rubber Duck Race, now in its 29th year, has not only been a perennial favorite during the Corn Roast Festival for young and old alike in Loveland and the surrounding area, but it has raised tens of thousands of dollars every year to help fund some amazingly beneficial programs.
This year’s big race will once again be held before a live audience of cheering local residents on the banks of the Big Thompson River near Fairgrounds Park and Railroad Avenue, on Saturday, August 24, 4 p.m., during the Corn Roast Festival. Tickets (donations) can still be obtained online at www.lovelandduckrace.com and at the Duck Race booth at the festival.
