Ms. Power specializes in real estate litigation and transactions. She joined the real estate practice group at Berg Hill Greenleaf Ruscitti in 2015.
Ms. Power has a wealth of experience assisting clients in title disputes, real estate brokerage law, contract disputes, land use matters, construction defect litigation, and mechanic’s lien matters. Ms. Power represents licensed real estate brokers in administrative actions before the Colorado Real Estate Commission and advises clients on compliance with Colorado Real Estate Commission licensing rules and regulations. Ms. Power guides clients through all phases of the litigation process through trial and assists clients in settling their disputes through negotiation and mediation where appropriate.
In her transactional practice, Ms. Power advises and navigates clients through purchase, sale and lease transactions. She also drafts, negotiates and advises clients regarding a variety of real estate agreements, including property management agreements, construction contracts and lease agreements. Her clients include real estate brokers, property managers, property owners, mortgage companies, contractors, developers and business owners.
Ms. Power is heavily involved with CREW Denver (Commercial Real Estate Women), and is the incoming Director of Communications for the 2016-2018 term.
Ms. Power lives in Boulder with her husband and two children. She enjoys spending time with her family, being a soccer mom, running and cooking.
