He has more than 20 years of experience in construction, construction management, project controls and dispute resolution services.  His expertise includes construction forensic CPM schedule analyses, production and productivity analyses, contract management, project management and controls, and the evaluation and assessment of schedule delays, disruptions and economic damages in support of litigation. Mr. Ekstrom has provided construction management and dispute resolution services on a wide variety of national and international construction projects including, commercial and residential high-rise and office building construction, resort and hospitality construction, healthcare and institutional facilities construction, heavy civil construction, rail, water & waste water conveyance and facilities, onshore/offshore oil & gas, and power generation and transmission projects. Mr. Ekstrom is a regular series presenter on project controls best practices and claims avoidance and preparation. Mr. Ekstrom has been retained to provide consulting and expert testimony services on matters of schedule delay, disruption, impact evaluations, lost productivity and economic damage calculations on disputes ranging from $500,000 to $500,000,000.
