Mr. Lonergan is a Principal with Demand Construction Services, Inc. and has over 26 years experience in the construction management and claims industry.  He serves as a consulting expert assisting attorneys and their clients with case assessment, and as an expert witness on a wide range of construction related claims and defect cases.  Mr. Lonergan has testified on matters of schedule delays and impacts, productivity loss, claim entitlement, contractor standard of care, damages, and costs of repairs.  In addition to claim related work, Mr. Lonergan regularly assists contractors with preparation and maintenance of project CPM schedules during pre-construction and throughout the project lifecycle.  He also provides support to his clients on change order requests and pre-claim preparation.

Mr. Lonergan was an Adjunct Professor at the University of Denver where he taught classes on CPM scheduling and project management, and a guest instructor for Lorman Education Services.  He has also provided CPM scheduling, MS Project and Primavera training seminars for contractor clients.   Mr. Lonergan participated the ABA Construction Forum Trial Academy and has served as the Past President of PCCC and is a member of AACE.
