Commercial Forecast: Commercial real estate endured sweeping changes during the COVID-19 pandemic, and the effects continue to be felt. What trends are we seeing in office, retail and industrial space? We’ll take a look at major developments and sales, as well as the latest vacancy and leasing statistics.

Banks have been tightening standards for commercial real estate loans, with lower loan-to-value ratios and higher debt service coverage requirements. Banks also are building up reserves for CRE loan losses, especially for loans backed by office properties. How will Northern Colorado property owners and investors navigate this new lending environment, both for new developments and loans that are maturing?
