The Boulder Chamber and the City of Boulder also light the star on Veterans Day\, November 11\, as a special tribute to those who serve or have served in the military and pay our respects for their role in upholding our freedoms.\n\n\nWe invite all community members to join us for the viewing of the Boulder Star lighting ceremony through the only simulcast beginning at 6:00 p.m. through the following link: https://bit.ly/3ABYvU1. The precise lighting time is scheduled for 7:00 p.m.\n\n\nAs a reminder\, we ask everyone to enjoy the Boulder Star from a distance. Access to the area around the star on Flagstaff Mountain is restricted to protect the environment and nearby wildlife habitats.
