Dr. Robert Dietz\, Chief Economist\, NAHB \n9:30-10 a.m.: Regional Outlook: DJ Summers\, director of communications and research operations\, Common Sense Institute\, will present the institute’s latest report: The Cost of Homebuilding in Colorado — How Colorado’s regulatory environment impacts the price of new homes\, including permit fees\, use tax\, impact fees\, tap fees and dedication requirements. \n10-11 a.m.: The Problem: Fees\, Delays & Water.
