DESCRIPTION:Join the commissioners at the Lafayette Senior Center to\ndiscuss all things Boulder County\nResidents are invited to join the Boulder County Commissioners for a Town Hall to discuss affordable housing in the county. \nLast year\, Boulder County voters overwhelmingly approved the Affordable Housing Extension. This tax extends for fifteen years the existing 0.185% countywide sales and use tax for the purposes of funding existing and additional affordable and attainable housing and related supportive services within Boulder County. \nJoin the board and Susana Lopez-Baker\, Boulder County Housing Authority Executive Director and Director of the Housing Department to learn more about affordable housing and ask questions about this or any other county issues. Spanish interpretation will be available. \nPlease note: there will not be a virtual option for this Town Hall\, however\, all residents who cannot attend are welcome to email commissioners@bouldercounty.gov with questions or to request materials shared at the event.
