DESCRIPTION:Educational Symposium \nWe are extending an invitation to you\, your friends\, family members\, neighbors and co-workers who may be supporting someone who is living with dementia. \nIn an effort to provide support to care partners\, especially in underserved areas of Colorado\, Dementia Together is hosting our annual Living Well with Dementia Educational Symposium. \nWhen we all come together for the greater good\, we create a stronger\, more compassionate community that uplifts and supports one another. \nThis symposium will teach the SPECAL® method\, providing simple counter-intuitive strategies for care partners to immediately implement with their loved one living with cognitive impairment. The education offered will positively impact you as a care partner or person in a support role. Together we can make living well with dementia the expectation\, not the exception.
