DESCRIPTION:Following the tremendous success of last year’s event\, which raised $172\,000 to support affordable housing in the community\, Habitat for Humanity invites the public to join in this year’s celebration and contribute to building homes and hope. \nDoors will open at 5:30 PM\, with dinner and a program beginning at 6:30 PM\, followed by a live auction\, paddle raise\, and music from Funky Business to close out the night with dancing. Attendees are invited to embrace the nostalgia of homecoming\, with black tie optional and homecoming attire from your era encouraged. \nProceeds from the event will directly support Fort Collins Habitat for Humanity’s mission of building safe\, affordable homes in partnership with families earning a low-to-moderate income\, empowering them to achieve stability and self-reliance. \n“Habitat Homecoming is more than just a fundraiser—it’s a celebration of the community’s commitment to making affordable home-ownership a reality for local families\,” said Kristin Candella\, Executive Director and CEO of Fort Collins Habitat for Humanity\, “Every dollar raised at this event helps us build more homes\, create stronger neighborhoods\, and give families the opportunity to thrive.” \nAttendees will have the opportunity to connect with local volunteers\, community leaders\, and supporters\, all united in creating a better future for Fort Collins families. \n
