President & CEO, Elevations Credit Union
Gerry Agnes joined Elevations Credit Union as its CEO in 2008. He directs the credit union’s strategic objectives, which focus on employee engagement, a loyal membership and superior financial performance. In the midst of the financial crisis of 2008, he led the charge to pursue the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award, a highly competitive U.S. Presidential award that recognizes organizations for performance excellence. The Baldrige effort rallied the Elevations team to outperform both in-market competitors and credit unions nationwide, and in 2014, Elevations was named a Baldrige Award recipient by U.S. Secretary of Commerce Penny Pritzker. Also, Gerry was named the 2015 CUES Outstanding Chief Executive, Mountain West Credit Union Association’s 2016 Credit Union Professional of the Year, and Boulder Chamber’s 2016 Business Person of the Year.
Gerry is a CPA with 34 years of professional experience and held positions as president, chief operating officer and chief financial officer at various community financial institutions in California. He holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration and accounting from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona. Gerry is a board member and past chair of the Boulder Chamber, and is a board member of Elevations Foundation. Gov. Hickenlooper appointed Gerry to Colorado’s Financial Services Board in August 2015, on which he continues to serve. In 2019, he was appointed to the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City’s Community Depository Institutions Advisory Council, the Credit Union National Association’s CEO Council Executive Committee and the CUES board of directors.
CEO, Good Day Pharmacy
Vicki Einhellig found her home in Colorado following her pharmacy degree and ASHP Residency at the University of Iowa. Her career began with strong ambitions in a hospital pharmacy setting. After relocating to Colorado, she realized the most meaningful pharmacy practice was in the community. She and her cousin have built Good Day Pharmacy, an independent ten pharmacy chain that focuses on providing niche patient care services for communities and a stimulating, rewarding environment for their team.
She has been fortunate to participate as a board member with the Colorado State Board of Pharmacy, RxPlus Pharmacies, and Independent Pharmacy Cooperative. Vicki is inspired by pharmacists and business operators that are forward thinking and engaged. Colorado has provided Vicki a wonderful backdrop to practice pharmacy, influence community health, raise her two daughters, and enjoy some skiing and cycling in between.
CEO & Co-Founder, Odell Brewing Co.
Wynne Odell is co-founder and CEO of Fort Collins-based Odell Brewing Co., the 23rd largest independent craft brewery in the United States. Odell and her husband, Doug, and sister-in-law, Corkie, founded the brewery in 1989.
Odell Brewing won the Colorado Society of Human Resources’ Best Companies to Work for in Colorado for medium-sized companies in 2015. Wynne and Doug Odell received Colorado State University’s Charles A. Lory Public Service Award for exceptional and sustained leadership in their community in 2016. Odell Brewing co-founded the Colorado State University Beverage Business Institute and contributes to the fermentation science and technology degree program.
Founder, Otter Products LLC
Serial entrepreneur Curt Richardson founded Fort Collins-based Otter Products LLC in 1998, after creating the first OtterBox waterproof case in his garage in the early 1990s. Richardson leads innovation and culture initiatives as founder, chairman and chief visionary officer for Otter Products. Additionally, he’s co-founder and chairman of Blue Ocean Enterprises Inc. and Blue Ocean Holdings LLC. In these roles, he discovers, creates and invests in business opportunities and makes strategic investments in commercial real estate.
